A Precious Child is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization devoted to making a positive impact in the lives of disadvantaged and displaced children by improving their quality of life. A Precious Child focuses on meeting a child's most basic needs such as clothing, shoes, coats, backpacks and school supplies. We also provide backpacks filled with school supplies to in late summer, and gifts to children at the holidays who would not otherwise get anything. giveSports is one of the newest programs providing gently-used sporting equipment to children who otherwise would not have the proper equipment to participate in a sport. We serve clients in Broomfield, Boulder, Adams, Jefferson, Arapahoe and Denver Counties.
