Bathrooms:
Built in bathrooms with running water will be available. Hooray!!!

Dogs:
Well behaved dogs are welcome. Please consider the following for your dog's sake and the sake of our players. A soccer tournament is much busier than a soccer game. Space is cramped as the teams take up "residency" on the sidelines for the duration of the tournament, errecting tents and laying out blankets. Dogs need to be on short leashes as dogs running on the field can receive or cause serious harm. If you do bring Fido, please always pick up after your dog and make sure they have enough water

Vendors:
First Aid booth, a soccer vendor, and some women owned businesses.

First Aid and Wellness:

First aid, triage, sports massage and sports taping will be provided at no cost. (bring your own tape, or tape will be available for $3/roll) Autumn Nation, NP. Autumn has over 10 years experience as a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner, Critical Care and ICU RN and practices at Park Meadows Familiy Medicine with the University of Colorado Hospital. Autumn holds a Master's degree in Nursing, and is currently completing pre-requisites to return to medical school to become a physician. Autumn is also enrolled at the Colorado School of Healing Arts so she can broaden the scope of her care by providing both Eastern and Western medicine. Autumn is an avid soccer player and tri-athlete.

Dawn Essig, LMT. Dawn has been a certified massage therapist since 2006. She has a Master’s degree in Education, and teaches Physiology, Deep Tissue and Neuroanatomy classes at the Colorado School of Healing Arts. Dawn’s education background prepared her to engage her clients in their own healing process through bodywork and education about their own bodies. Through a combination of Swedish, deep tissue and sports massage, Dawn focuses an individualized massage session to cater to her client’s particular needs.

In her free time, Dawn plays on a recreation soccer league team and spends time with her two young children. She also continues to further her education for the benefit of herself and her clients.

Autumn and Dawn will be accompanied by CSHA massage students Jason Eichenberger, Suzy Kesler, Lisa Nation, Rebekah Spoonhour, Remy Wheelhouse and Aaryn Wika.

A tourney takes a lot of work, and the entire tourney is organized by volunteers. Deb Giberson, tournament organizer, would like to thank:
  • Chris Cunnington - Logo
  • Mandi Montoya - Setup/Registration
  • Yvette Montoya - Setup/Registration
  • Lorne Boswell - Referees
  • Liz Anaya - Setup/Cleanup
  • Shannon Ortega - Setup/Equipment
  • Jenny Mace - Setup/Equipment
  • Melissa Jackson - Website
  • Brandi Pumford - Registration
  • Dan - Co-ed Field Marshall
I would also like to thank the City and County of Broomfield for allowing our tournament to obtain the Broomfield County Commons Park fields this year. Without these fields and my volunteers, the tournament would not be a success.
