| Download and fill out roster form. This will be a Word document. Please send via e-mail to Deb Giberson at dgiberson@womensblastcup.org. Final roster must be submitted by noon on July 22nd, 2011. |
| Important Info |
- Registration, entry fee, and roster need to be received by 6/15/11.
- No roster changes allowed after noon on 7/22/11.
- Late registrations are subject to a $25 late fee.
