- Excessive arguing with the referee; verbal or physical abuse directed at any other individual or player; or other un-sportsmanlike conduct, are subject to warning and/or expulsion by the referee.
Playing Conditions:
- In the event of inclement weather, the Tournament Director may suspend play. If games are suspended, all players, coaches and spectators must leave the fields immediately. Play will resume when the Tournament Director gives the all clear signal.
- If there is a stoppage of play for any reason and that stoppage lasts longer than 15 minutes, and the Tournament Director determines that the orderly progress of the tournament is threatened, the Tournament Director may take any or all of the following actions:
- Resume game(s) in progress from the point of stoppage
- Resume game(s) in progress by reducing the time remaining
- Cancel game(s) in progress and record results based on the score at the time of the stoppage

While the tournament will make every effort to continue and complete games, the decisions of the Tournament Director are final. However, in the event that teams within the division are unable to play an equal number of games, the divisional winner will be determined on the basis of average tournament points for games played. The team with the highest average points will be declared the winner of the flight.
- All injuries must be reported to the Tournament Director. In the event emergency service is needed, the Tournament Director has access to cell phones and will make the necessary call. There will be no injury timeout. A first aid kit is located at the headquarters tent.
Team and Player Requirements:
- A player may play for only one (1) women's team and one (1) coed team during the tournament. A player may NOT play on multiple coed teams or multiple women's teams.

- Players need to check in at the Headquarters tent at least 30 minutes prior to their first game.
- Players playing on Sunday only can check in 30 minutes before THEIR first game.

Game Duration:
- Games will consist of two 30-minute halves.
- Overtime will only be played in the Championship and Consolation games. Referees are encouraged not to add time for stoppages and to make an effort to complete each game in accordance with the field schedule. However, the referee may add time at their discretion. For late starts, the referee can shorten each half equally up to five (5) minutes to re-establish field schedule.
Playoffs:
- The overtime allowed in the final games will consist of two 5 minute overtime periods, with a golden goal being the deciding factor. If both overtime periods occur without a goal being scored, the game will proceed to a penalty kick shootout to decide the game.

Teams will advance to the playoffs based on the following scoring: three (3) points for a win; one (1) point for each goal scored up to a maximum of three (3); one (1) point for a shutout; one (1) point for a tie; zero (0) points for a loss. If teams are tied after the preliminary round, these tiebreakers shall be used: 1. Head to head competition, 2. Goal Differential
3. FIFA "Taking of kicks from the Penalty Mark."
Matters not Provided for:
- Extraordinary circumstances or matters not specifically addressed in the tournament rules shall be considered by the Tournament Director.

No games will be replayed due to bad calls. The tournament has many teams and will need to stay on schedule.
